Alan spent over 10 years as a Partner at Accenture, leading major transformation programmes for global organisations, before moving into senior executive positions within private equity and investor-backed portfolio companies, where he was responsible for delivering growth, operational improvement, acquisition integration and organisational transformation.

Throughout his career, Alan has successfully led businesses through periods of significant change, including international expansion, mergers and acquisitions, digital transformation, organisational redesign and operational restructuring.
